Empowering Independent Living Through Daily Support
A Support Worker provides practical, person-centred assistance to help you live as independently as possible. Rather than doing everything for you, our support workers work with you to build your skills and confidence. Whether it’s help around the home, getting out into the community, or personal care, the role is tailored entirely to your daily routine and the goals outlined in your NDIS plan.
How We Support Your Daily Life:
-
Personal Care: Respectful assistance with daily routines, including showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
-
Domestic Assistance: Helping you maintain a safe and tidy home through cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
-
Community Participation: Accompanying you to social outings, sporting events, or appointments to help you stay connected and active.
-
Skill Development: Teaching essential life skills such as basic cooking, using public transport, or managing a household budget.
-
Transportation: Providing safe transport to ensure you can access the services, work, or social activities that matter to you.

Support Worker Services
In Australia, support workers are primarily funded through the NDIS. Because this is considered a "frontline" service, the funding is flexible and designed to meet your immediate, day-to-day needs.
-
NDIS (Registered & Non-Registered): We provide daily living assistance and community access for Agency, Plan, and Self-managed participants under "Core" funding.
-
Aged Care: Our workers help seniors maintain independence through personal care and household assistance funded by Home Care Packages (HCP).
-
WorkCover & CTP: We provide "Attendant Care" to assist with daily tasks and rehabilitation for individuals recovering from workplace or motor vehicle injuries.
-
Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA): Eligible veterans can access domestic assistance and personal care through the Veterans' Home Care (VHC) program.
-
Private Consultations: We welcome private-paying clients who require non-clinical support or companionship without a government funding plan or referral.
-
Mobile Visit: Our service is inherently mobile; we support you in your home, at school, or while participating in activities out in your local community.
